These are descriptions of the fields on the Station Avails Entry detail window.
Station: The station code for the avails.
BC: Band Code. The band code for the station.
Daypart: The daypart for the avails.
Days: The day(s) for the avails. For client specific avails, the days pattern must match the Week Start Day on the client's Buying Profile. Keep in mind that if the Week Start Day on the client's Buying Profile has changed since the avails were defined, you must change the days pattern on the avails before you may save changes.
Start: The start time of the programming to which the avails apply.
End: The end time of the programming to which the avails apply. You can leave this field blank..
Network: This field only displays if a band code is keyed on the prompt window and the Require Network Code is Yes or Optional for that band code in Band Code Definition. Key the network, if any, for the avails.
Program Name: The name of the program to which the avails apply. Maximum 20 characters.
BA: Break Average. The code that determines whether quarter hours before and/or after the actual time period are included in calculating ratings.
Cost: If cost is entered, it is retrieved into a new worksheet along with the other avail information. Cost also prints on the Station Research Report, along with cost per point.
Start Date/End Date: Effective dates for the avail. Defaults to beginning and ending broadcast dates of the year or quarter keyed on the prompt window. Dates only display if you click the Show Dates button. Dates can be changed using the Change Dates button. To hide the dates, use the Hide Dates button.
Status: Accept the status of A (active) or select S (suspended). Suspended avails may not be used in the Buy Module, may not be copied, and do not appear on reports.
