Buy Spec Report

This report uses information from Estimate Definition, Market Definition, Market Goals Entry, and Guidelines Entry to print the plan and buy specifications. This report includes CPP/CPS, GRPs, and budget goals listed by daypart, with weekly and estimate totals by market. You can also choose to print guidelines on the report.

Depending on how your agency defines radio markets in Market Definition, the report shows whether each market is a CPP market (rated) or a CPS market (unrated). The summary page shows three sets of totals when both CPP and CPS markets exist for the request: Totals for CPP markets, Totals for CPS markets, and Total Dollars for Markets.

  1. Select Media Reports | Buy Spec Report.

  2. Key the Media, Client, Product, Estimate, Market.

  3. If you did not key a specific estimate, use the Start Date and End Date fields to specify a date range for the data to be included.

  4. To limit the report to a specific daypart, key that Daypart code.

  5. Guidelines may be defined in Guidelines Entry at the Client, Product, Estimate and Market level. Select which guidelines to include on the report by clicking one or more check boxes to display or remove the check. Those with checks will be included on the report.

  6. Click the Summary Only check box to display a check if you only want to print a summary of all markets requested. Leave the check box blank to print both the summary and a market-by-market detail report.

  7. Click the One Market/Page check box to display a check if you want a page break inserted each time the market changes. Leave the check box blank to continue with the next market on the same page.

  8. Accept or change the Report Formatting Options, then click <Submit> to submit your request.
