Station Profile Definition

Use this option to assign payee, traffic, and/or schedule reps to a station, define the tax rate, if any, to be used in calculating taxes on buys for a station, suspend payments to a station, specify when a buy line will become taxable or when a new tax rate is to be applied enter e-mail address or fax number to be used if the Buy Detail Report is requested to be sent to a station or rep, and change the station market assignment after activity has been entered in Broadcast for the station.

You may override any of the rep or market assignments for a specific client by defining a client override. See step 3 below.

Note: Before you can define the station profile, you must define the station in Station Definition. You may use either option to assign spill markets to the station. Set up rep codes (if used) in Rep Definition, and define markets in Market Definition.

To define or modify a station profile or a client override of a station profile:

1. Select Database | Station Profile Definition.

2. Key station Call Letters and Band Code.

3. To define a different payee, schedule, traffic rep, or a client specific tax rate to be used for a specific client, key the Client.

4. Click the Next icon to display the detail page.

5. Follow the instructions in Station Profile Detail to create the station profile or Station Profile - Client to create a client override.
