Rep Definition

Rep codes may be defined by using the Rep Definition option available in Database.  Rep Definition defines rep names, addresses, and contact information that can be used in Station Profile Definition, as payee reps, schedule reps, and traffic reps.

To define Rep codes:

1. Select Database | Rep Definition.

2. Key the Media and a Rep code up to four characters and click the Next icon.

3. Key in Rep name, address, and contact information. Use only numeric values or a dash '-' in the Zip Code field. Example: 40229 or 40229-2193. For Canadian addresses, use Address line 3 for the City, Province, and Postal Code (leave the City, State, and Zip Code fields blank).

4. Click the Hold Payment checkbox if the payment is to be held.

5. Click the Save icon.
