Buy Sequencer

Use the Buy Sequencer option to change the order in which spots are shown on inquiries and reports that sort spots in buy item number order. Buy item numbers are initially assigned in alphabetic order by daypart code when a buy is approved.

To change buy item numbers, select Planning & Buying | Buy Sequencer.

Buy Sequencer Window

1. Key the Media, Client, Product and Estimate for the buy
   
   or
   
   Key a Campaign ID.

2. To change the sequence of buys for more than one station, key the Market. Otherwise, key the Station.

3. Click the Next icon to display the Buy Sequencer Detail window.

Note: You may not change the order for pool buys, makegood spots or spots that have been billed, collected for billing, or matched.
