A Campaign ID may be defined for a product estimate to use as a shortcut in other options. For any options which have a Campaign ID field on the prompt window, you may key the Campaign ID instead of keying the media, client, product and estimate.
You can also assign specific books to a Campaign ID. When you do, those books will be retrieved on the Buy Module Start Up tab when you enter a Campaign ID when defining a buy.
The Campaign ID may also be used to limit the markets which are valid with the product estimate.
To define a Campaign ID in the Product Estimate Definition Window, click Campaign ID button.
Key a Campaign ID code of up to 6 characters.
Key a description for the Campaign ID of up to 30 characters.
Click the Save icon.
