Use the Reports tab in the Buy Module to display and print reports based on the data that is currently filtered and sorted on the open worksheet. The Reports tab functions the same for Radio and Television. All reports are generated in PDF format and display in Adobe Reader.
To request a worksheet report:
Open a worksheet on the Start Up tab.
Select the Reports tab.
Select one of the available five report types.
If you want to print a buyer's name in the heading of the report, key the name in the Buyer Name text box.
Click <Run Report>.
When the Report Parameters dialog box displays, select any of the available options that you wish to apply to your report and click <Run Report> button. (The Report Parameters for each type of report are described in the Worksheet Report Descriptions.)
When the PDF of the report displays you may:
Click the E-mail icon on the Broadcast toolbar to send the report to another person.
Click the Save icon in Adobe Reader to save the report.
Click the Print icon in Adobe Reader to print this report.
