Worksheet Report Descriptions

The Reports Tab in the Buy Module allows you to generate any one of the five reports described below. Each report can be customized by selecting from a set of Report Parameters.

Keep in mind that the report feature uses the current sort order on the Worksheet tab as well as the settings on the Filter tab to control the data that the report contains.

The Worksheet Schedule Report shows the schedule for the worksheet. This report will generate a separate page for each station. As such, it is recommended that you sort the rows in the worksheet by station before requesting a Worksheet Schedule Report. If a payee is associated with the worksheet, that information prints beneath the Network.

Report Parameters:

Include Internal Comments - check box.
Include External Comments - check box.
Include Station Comments - check box.
Include Cost - check box.
- From the adjacent drop down list, you can specify how costs are to be reported:
  - Gross
  - Net
  - As Entered
  - Trade
  - Makegood
Include Ratings - check box.
Include CPP/M - check box
From the Select Demos list, select one or more of the demos included in the worksheet.

The Station Summary Report shows the total number of spots purchased for each station for each week or day, depending on the type of worksheet. Includes total spots, GRPS and cost for each station as well as totals for the entire request.

Report Parameters:

Include Cost - check box.
- From the adjacent drop down list, you can specify how costs are to be reported:
  - Gross
  - Net
  - As Entered

Include CPP/M - Primary Demo - check box.

Include Ratings - Primary Demo - check box.
Show Percent - check box.

The Demographic Detail Report is similar to the Worksheet Schedule Report, but does not show the schedule.

Report Parameters:

Include Internal Comments - check box.
Include External Comments - check box.
Include Cost - check box.
- From the adjacent drop down list, you can specify how costs are to be reported:
  - Gross
  - Net
  - As Entered
Include CPP/M - check box.
Include Ratings - check box.
Include Share - check box.
Include PVT - check box.
From the Select Demos list, select one or more of the demos included in the worksheet.

The Demographic Summary Report shows total spot cost, GRPs and CPP for the selected demos.

Report Parameters:

From the Summary Option drop down list, you can specify how you want the data to be summarized:
- By Daypart
- By Date
- By Station
Show Percent - check box.
From the Select Demos list, select one or more of the demos included in the worksheet.

The Goal vs. Entered Summary Report compares goals and entered amounts.

From the Summary Option drop down list, you can specify how you want the data to be summarized:
- By Daypart
- By Date
- By Daypart/Date
- By Station/Daypart
Show Percent - check box.
