Buy Information Display

Use the Buy Information Display option to create an online display that will allow you to review and compare goals against buy and purchased demographic data. The displays provide summary information in a variety of formats as described in the Buy Information Display Formats section.

To create an online display, select Planning & Buying | Buy Information Display.

Select one of the available Buy Information Display formats from the Inquiry Option drop down list.

Key the Client.

Key a Product, Product Split, Product Group, or select the All Products check box.

Key a Estimate, Estimate Group, or select the All Estimates check box.

Key a Station and Band code.

Key a Media code and specify a Market, a Market Group, or select the All Markets check box.

If a client-specific market group code is keyed in the Market Group field, you must select the Client Specific check box.

- Product Group or All Products may not be used with the Goal vs Purchased by Day or any of the demographic formats. For a product group or all products request, only spots and cost related columns display when products have conflicting demos.
- Estimate group or All Estimates may not be used with Goal vs Purchased by Day or demographic formats.
- To display goals you must specify the Media and a Market, a Market Group, or All Markets.
- Market group or All Markets are only allowed for Goal vs Purchased by Market and Goal vs Purchased by Day formats. For a client specific market group, select the Client Specific check box.
- Starting and ending dates are required if All Estimates is selected.
- If you are using variable weeks, all requested estimates must have the same Week Start Day.

The default configuration is to show ratings to one decimal place. To display ratings with three decimal places, select the Show 3-Decimal-Position Ratings check box.

To narrow the display, key a Spot Length.

To omit bonus lines, clear the Include Bonus Lines check box.

To narrow the displayed information to one daypart, key the Daypart code.

Click the Next icon to view the selected display.

This example display shows the Goal vs. Purchased by Daypart format.

This example display shows the Demographics by Daypart format.

To print the display, click the Print icon and select Landscape orientation.

To save the data in the display to a CSV file, click the Save as CSV icon. For more information, see Saving to CSV.
