Buy Information Display Formats

There are nine formats of the Buy Information Display that you can use to view goals against purchased information by daypart, week, station, market, or product, as well as summarized purchased demographic information (featuring the primary demo and up to four others) displayed by daypart, week, or station.

Goal vs. Purchased by Daypart
Displays goal versus purchased figures by daypart for the primary demo. The % Achievement column indexes the purchased GRPs and cost against goals.

Goal vs. Purchased by Week
Shows whether the weekly GRPs and cost goals have been met by displaying weekly goals against purchased figures.

Goal vs. Purchased by Station
Shows purchased GRPs, dollars and number of spots allocated to each station. The CPP achieved by station also displays along with market totals. Station goal detail does not display here since goals are assigned to markets, not to stations.

Goal vs. Purchased by Market
This display provides an overview of one or more markets, depending on your request selections. Shows goal versus purchased figures for each market, with GRP and cost percent of achievement.

GRPs and CPPs do not display if your selection includes estimates having different primary demos.

Goal vs. Purchased by Product
GRPs and CPPs do not display for products having different primary demos.

Goal vs. Purchased by Day.
RPs and CPPs do not display if your selection includes estimates having different primary demos.

Buylines containing multiple days of the week are not included.

Demographics by Daypart
Shows purchased daypart distribution of primary, secondary and other demos entered in the Buy Module for up to five demos.

Demographics by Week
Displays the weekly purchased totals for up to five demos entered on the estimate.

Demographics by Station
Shows purchased demo weight (up to five demos) as well as costs allotted to each station in a market.
