For issues requiring action or notification, popups display as soon as you logon to AdClock or during an AdClock process. These popups inform you of Alerts, Incomplete Time, Errors, and Reject Comments pertaining to timesheets and when applicable, provide a link to the timesheet requiring action. The link takes you directly to the applicable timesheet for easier access. Popups can be closed without attention but will continue to display as buttons until issues listed in the popup have been addressed. Also, the Messages icon shows a “Starburst” when a system alert or message is sent from Mediaocean. Read the message and open any links, if applicable. To return to a closed message, hover over the Messages icon to display the message or just click the Messages icon to reopen the Messages window.
