The Job Maintenance Entry Window must be completed before you can set up Ad Numbers. See Workflow|Maintenance|Job Definition|Job Definition or Production Maintenance|Job Maintenance|Enter Change Delete Jobs. This function serves as a convenience for users who have PRINT installed and want to associate an Ad Number in PRINT with a PRODUCTION job.
Click <Ad Number Definition> on the Job Maintenance Entry Window to advance to the Ad Number Definition Window in PRINT.
Key the Client and the Ad Number then click the Next icon.
Define the Ad Number as well as the space description and caption of ads to run in publications following documentation for the PRINT system.
When finished, click the Save icon 
then click the Back icon 
to return to the Job
Maintenance Header Window.
