Vendor Statement Inquiry Check Detail

This window displays in Vendor Statement Inquiry when you click the check box to the left of one or more items on the Balance window and click <Paying Info>.

Vendor Statement Paying Information Window

Information displays for the first selected item. If you selected more than one item, a red down arrow reddwnarrow.gif  displays in the banner along with the number of items selected. Click the arrow to display the next item.

Net Paid. If the item was paid, displays the total amount paid on all checks.

Net Cleared. If the item was cleared for payment, shows the amount that was cleared but not yet paid.

Last Cleared by. If the item was cleared for payment, shows when the item was cleared and the user ID of the user who cleared it.

Deleted on. If the item was deleted, displays the date deleted and user ID of the user who deleted it.

All check, cash receipt and offset detail for the item displays below the Last Cleared by field. The Notes column notes if the item is a Cash Receipt or an A/P Offset.
