The worksheet is used to enter and store all data about proposed and active buys. The worksheet is arranged like this diagram:
Top Row of Information: Client, Product, Media, Estimate, and allocated memory of all possible memory allocated to this applet, e.g., 4M of 127M. You set this memory in the Java Plug-in on the Control Panel.
Worksheet Buy Columns. Identify the buy. Contains columns for all the information needed for the buy. Data is saved even if a column is not displayed. For error reporting purposes, the rows are numbered starting with zero. |
Worksheet Buy Totals. Shows totals for each buy for the columns selected on the Preferences Tab. These columns are display only and are calculated at the buy line level. |
Functions. Contains the menus, text box and buttons that allow you to manipulate the worksheet. Refer to Worksheet Functions and Function Descriptions. |
Summary Totals. Shows worksheet totals for the columns selected on the Preferences Tab by insertion month, bill month, ad number or vendor depending on the Preferences tab Summary Total Rows selection. If the worksheet is filtered, the filtered totals are shown in addition to the worksheet totals. |
In the worksheet buy columns and worksheet buy totals are rows for each buy line and columns for the different kinds of information that is recorded about the buy.
Use the Preferences tab to control the columns and rows that display. It also allows you to set the default worksheet sort.
Refer to Worksheet Columns for an explanation of column headings.
