Schedule ISCIs Prompt Window

You'll use the Schedule ISCIs option to assign ISCI codes to existing units. As you know, ISCI codes are designed to link the buys in Network to the commercials. You can assign the ISCI codes manually or you can use the Automatic Rotation to allow the system to assign the codes based on a rotation pattern that you specify.

To begin, select Traffic | Schedule ISCIs.

1. Key or Lookup the Media.

2. Key or Lookup the Client.

3. Key or Lookup the Unit Start Date.

   To maintain the ISCI codes for units with a specific air date, fill in that particular date in the Unit Start Date field and leave the Unit End Date field blank. To maintain the ISCI codes for units with an air date that falls within a certain date range, key both the Unit Start Date and Unit End Date fields to specify the range.

    

4. Select an option from the ISCI Qualifier Default drop down list.

5. If you want to more specifically identify the ISCI, you can fill in any of the fields in the Optional section.

1. • Key or Lookup the Unit End Date.

   • Key or Lookup the Network/Syn code.

   • Key in the Unit Length.

   • Key or Lookup the Product.

   • Key or Lookup the ISCI.

   • Key or Lookup the  Program Code.

   • Key or Lookup the Estimate.

   • Key or Lookup the Package.

   • Key or Lookup the Estimate Type.

   • Key or Lookup the Daypart.

   • Key or Lookup the Report Format.

   • Key or Lookup the Program Type.

6. You can proceed two different ways depending on how you want to assign ISCI codes:

5. • To assign the ISCI codes manually, click the Next icon to advance to the Schedule ISCI detail window.

   •  To allow the system to assign the ISCI  codes based on a rotation pattern that you specify, click the Automatic Rotation button to display the Automatic Rotation window.

Additional Options

•  Traffic Report button: If you want to proceed directly to the a Traffic Report option, fill in the Report Format field and click the Traffic Report button.
