ISCI Definition Field Descriptions

Shorthand for Brand Agency. To track the brand agency whose creative department is involved in the spot, key the code defined in Brand Agency Definition (Option 22).

To classify the tape, key an agency defined alphanumeric class code.

Code defined in Estimate Definition for the estimate assigned to the ISCI.

Display only. Description defined in Estimate Definition for the estimate code on the ISCI.

Code assigned to a commercial media for tracking purposes. Maximum is 12 characters.

A = Active. This is the default setting and indicates that the ISCI is in use.

S = Suspended. This setting is used to suspend ISCIs that are no longer in use.

The ISCI Status is not valid for matching to affidavits or for use in Traffic Instructions or in ISCI Rotations. However, may optionally be requested for inclusion on Affidavit ISCI Reports and the ISCI List.

Length of the commercial on the media.

Shorthand for Market. This code is defined in Market Definition for the market to which this ISCI is assigned.

Shorthand for Market Description. Display only. This description is defined in Market Definition for the market code on the ISCI.
 

Product or Product Split code assigned to an ISCI.

Display only. Displays the description for the product code.

The last date the commercial media is to be used.

The first date the commercial media is to be used.

Name assigned to an ISCI by the agency. Maximum is 30 characters.

To identify the physical medium (such as DVD or digital media file) for the ISCI, key an agency defined type code.
