Affidavit ISCI Summary Report

The Affidavit ISCI Summary Report provides details on a station-by-station and total market basis including the number of times aired and the cost associated with a specific commercial ISCI code within an ISCI class.

To create this report, select Traffic | Affidavit ISCI Summary Report.

Affidavit ISCI Summary Report Window

1. Key the Media and Client.

2. Key the Product, Product Group, or select the All Products check box.

3. Key an Estimate, Estimate Group, or select the All Estimates check box.

   If you select the All Estimates check box, you can: Select the Combine Estimates check box in order to combine all the estimates on the report. Leave the Combine Estimates check box blank so that each estimate appears separately on the report.

    

4. Key a Market, Market Group, or select the All Markets check box. Alternatively, you can key in a Station/Band combination.

   If a client-specific market group code is keyed in the Market Group field, you must select the Client Specific check box.

    

5. Key in an Estimate Type or select the All Estimate Types check box.

6. Key in the dates for the Start Month and the End Month.

7. Key in the dates for the beginning and ending Clearance Dates.

8. Choose your preferred Formatting selections.

9. Choose your preferred Report Formatting Options.

10. Click the <Submit> button.

11. Click the Reports icon in the MediaBank A|V toolbar to display the View Spool File window where you can access your report.
