Summary Report Formatting

Because the Affidavit ISCI Summary Report is a unique report, it has its own Formatting section in addition to the general Report Formatting Options.

1. If you want include information on the station, select the Station Detail check box.

2. If you want more detail, fill in the Class and ISCI Type fields.

3. Choose any of the Report Selections.

   • ISCI Summary:  Creates a report showing totals broken down by ISCI codes.

   • ISCI Class Summary: Creates a report showing totals grouped by ISCI class.

   • ISCI Classes Summary: Creates a report showing totals grouped by ISCI classes.
