These are descriptions of fields on the Specials Override Detail window. Buy information displays at the top of the window, followed by the word Comments, if comments have been entered. The weeks of the estimate display with the selected week highlighted. The following fields are display only, except for the Override and Zero? fields.
Spot: Indicates spot numbers in sequence when more than one is involved.
Day: Indicates the day the spot aired.
Time: Shows the time the spot aired.
Actual Program: Shows the program title reported by the rating service for the actual quarter-hour when the spot aired.
Svc: Indicates the rating service from which the rating is reported.
Demo(s): Displays the demos, with the primary demo displaying first.
Achieved: Shows the spot's achieved rating reported by the rating service to three decimal places.
Actual? Indicates whether the spot aired during the survey period.
Yes: The spot aired during a survey period. The rating shown is for the actual quarter-hour and week of the survey. The rating may not be overridden unless Lock Special Overrides? is unchecked in the Buying Unit Profile.
No: The spot aired outside the survey period. The rating shown is the predominant program average for the time and can always be overridden.
Override: Key the new rating in this field.
Zero?: To change the rating to zero, click the check box to display a check and leave the Override field as 0.0.
