Rating Service

Key the code for the rating service from which to retrieve ratings data.

Demo(s)

Key one to eight valid Demos, prefixed by I(impression), R(rating), S(share), or P(PVT). P and S prefixes are not valid in the Time Period with PVT/Share Totals display format.

Market

Key a market for the inquiry or leave blank to key one or more broadcast stations in the Station(s) fields. (If you key a market, you may also select the All Stations In The Market check box.)

All Stations In The Market

• You can select this check box to retrieve ratings for all stations that have been defined in Station Definition and that are on the tape for that market, regardless of what market the station is assigned to in Station/Market Assignment.

• You can leave this check box blank to retrieve only stations assigned to the market in Station/Market Assignment or to key specific stations in the Station fields.

Station(s)

If you did not select the All Stations In The Market check box, you can key in from one to eight stations

Book(s)

You must key either actual or estimated books, but you may key both.

Actuals

Key up to seven valid actual books to display past actual ratings for the stations selected. Leave blank to suppress actual ratings.

Days

Select the M-F check box to choose Monday through Friday or select the check boxes next to the individual days that you want to include in the inquiry. Multiple days on one row will be averaged for the times requested.

Start Time
End Time

Key the start and end times for the inquiry. All the programming within the specified time period will be included in the display. For radio, times must be on the hour.

Brk Avg
(Break Average)

Select a Break Average code from the drop down list to indicate whether to include ratings for the quarter hours prior to and/or after the requested time period.

If you do not select a code, only the actual quarter hour will be included.
