The worksheet in the Buy Module contains all the data associated with the information on the Start Up tab and works like a set of interrelated spreadsheets or tables. In general, working with rows, columns and cells in the Buy Module worksheet is similar to working with a standard spreadsheet application. However, this worksheet is customized to the process of media buying.
Functions
Once the worksheet is opened, use the functions to retrieve ratings and manipulate the displayed data. Enter spots and use the Summary and Total tables to view the results.
Sorting
The default sort of the worksheet is controlled by the settings on the Preferences Tab. To change the sort for this session only, click a column heading in the Worksheet Table to sort the column in ascending order, or press <Shift> while clicking to sort in descending order. These sorts will be cleared when you exit or reload the worksheet, or you may replace them during this session by applying a sort from the Preferences tab or from the Filter tab. Sorts selected on the Filter tab only apply until the open worksheet is closed, but sorts selected on the Preferences tab are the default settings used whenever a worksheet is opened.
Filtering
To filter the display of rows or to clear filters, select the Filter tab.
