The (R&F) tab in the Buy Module differs depending on whether the open worksheet is for a Television or Radio buy. The tab works with both active and proposed buys for Radio. For a Television buy, see TV Reach and Frequency. For a Radio buy, follow these steps:
Open a proposed or active buy with scheduled spots and retrieve ratings.
Select the R&F tab.
All stations and dayparts from the worksheet display and are selected. To limit the data to be reviewed, select only the stations, dayparts, and demos you want to see. In addition, for active buys select the particular book(s) also.
Select a view and click <Retrieve> to retrieve the Reach and Frequency data for the primary demo for the selected stations/dayparts. Note: When switching to the R&F tab, statistics are automatically refreshed when changes, deletions, or insertions are made on the worksheet that affect selections made on the R&F tab. There are multiple views to select from. The Market R&F view is the default view. This view enables a user to see R&F totals for each station and daypart as well as an overall market total. The Cume Freq. (Frequency) Distribution view will show Reach totals for each station and daypart that have heard the spot 1 or more, 2 or more, 3 or more etc. times up to frequency level of 13. The Net Frequency Distribution option will show Reach totals for exact frequency numbers. For example, what percentage was reached exactly one time, two times, three times etc. The Market Weekly R&F display shows R&F totals for each week where spots were purchased.
All fields are display only and cannot be changed on this window. However, you may change the order of the columns by clicking a dragging one or more columns to a new location.
