Schedule Summary Report

This option provides a complete record of all approved buy information entered and maintained through the Buy Module. The report can be used as an order confirmation to stations, a buy verification to clients, or a buyer’s copy of all details of the buy. Spots are reported by station, in buy item number order. To change the order in which a station's spots are reported, use Buy Sequencer to change buy item numbers. This option can also be used to print a report for a buy snapshot created using Create Snapshot.
  1. Select Reports|Schedule Summary Report.

  2. Specify the data to include using only one field from each row of required fields: Media, Client, Product, Estimate, Market. (Station and Band are part of the Market row).

Key a Snapshot code and skip to step 6. Snapshots are created using Create Snapshot.

  1. To limit the report, key a valid Network and/or Affiliation code. Leave these fields blank if a station was keyed.

  2. To limit the report to buylines for a specific daypart, key that Daypart code.

  3. If you did not key a specific estimate, use the Start Date and End Date fields to key a date range for the data to include.

  4. Accept the default to use the demos from the estimate or key up to four demos to use instead of the estimate demos and click the or Print Estimate Demos check box to remove the check.

  5. For the remaining check boxes, a check means to include the item or data. Click a check box to display or remove a check. Click the <Fields> button at the bottom of this help page for more information on the remaining fields.

  6. Accept or change the Report Formatting Options, then click <Submit> to submit your request.
