Station Contact Definition

Use this option to enter or change the schedule rep or station contact information for a station.

To define or modify the schedule rep or station contact information, select Database | Station Contact Definition.

1. Key Station Call Letters.

2. Key the Band Code.

3. To define different schedule rep and/or station contact information to be used for a specific client, key the Client.

4. Click the Next icon to display the detail window.

5. Accept the information that displays from the Station Definition or key different information for this station or station/client.

• Key schedule rep information, if any, in the Schedule Rep fields.

• Key station information in the Station Contact Information fields. The contact name is required if you enter an e-mail address or fax number. A long distance fax number must be preceded by a 1.

6. If you're going to be using ePort, proceed to the eBiz Contacts topic.

7. Click the Save icon to save changes.
