Ownership Definition

Use this option to define codes and descriptions to describe station ownership. You may then optionally assign one of these codes to a station in Station Definition to indicate the ownership for that station. This information is available on reports requested using the Pivotal Buy Display option.

To define a station ownership code, select Database | Ownership Definition.

1. Click the Add icon one or more times to add one or more blank rows.

2. Key the ownership code in the Ownership field and key a description of the format in the Ownership Name field.

3. Click the Save icon to save the definition and return to the previous page.

To remove a code so that it is no longer available for use in Broadcast:

1. Follow the first two steps above, then click the radio button to the left of the code to be removed.

2. Click the Remove icon .

3. Click the Save icon to save the change and return to the previous page.
