Affiliation Definition

Use the Affiliation Definition option to define affiliation codes to be used in Broadcast. For stations defined with an affiliation code in Station Definition, the code you define here prints on reports that show the station affiliation.

To define an affiliation code, select Database | Affiliation Definition.

Affiliation Definition Window

1. To add rows, select a number from the Rows to Add drop down and click the Add icon.

2. Key the affiliation code in the Affiliation field

3. Key a description/name for this affiliation in the Affiliation Name field.

4. Click the Save icon to save the Affiliation Definition.

Additional Options

• Remove an Affiliation code

  To remove an affiliation code that it is no longer needed:

  1. 1. Select the check box to the left of the affiliation code to be removed.

     2. Click the Remove icon.

     3. Click the Save icon to save the change.
