Requesting Reports in Affidavit Entry

The Reports window displays when an affidavit successfully matches or when you click <Report> on the Unsuccessful Match window. Up to three reports may be requested to print: The Affidavit Matching Report and Electronic Invoice Listing (Option 279) are the same as the reports requested from those options. The Affidavit Tape Rotation Report is only available if ISCIs are required or optional for matching and is the same as the report requested in Affidavit Tape Reports (Option 75).

To request one or more reports:

  1. Click the check box next to each of the reports you want to print.

  2. To calculate estimated ratings on the Affidavit Matching Report when actual ratings are not available, key PVT and Share Books. Ratings from these books are flagged with an E for "estimated" in the report's Achieved column. If you leave the PVT and Share fields blank, the report includes ratings from books defined in your survey table; If those books are not available, the report repeats purchased GRPs and flags them with a P. This field does not apply when the report is requested from EDI Affadavit Entry/Match.

  3. In the Print Program Titles check box, accept the default of checked to show program titles on the report. Ordered program titles display for ordered spots. If the spots ran during an actual survey period the actual program titles also print on the report. Click the check box to remove the check to omit all program titles from the report.

  4. Click the Print Unmatched Items Only check box to only include unmatched items on the report.

  5. Leave the Start/End Month fields blank to include only the broadcast month for this affidavit on the report(s), or key a date range to be included on the report(s). This field does not apply when the report is requested from EDI Affadavit Entry/Match.

  6. Click the Show 3-Decimal-Position Ratings check box to display ratings as received with up to three decimal places. Leave the box unchecked to round all ratings to one decimal place.

  7. To suppress ratings columns from showing on the report, click the Print Ratings checkbox to remove the checkmark. The default is checked.

  8. Accept or change the Report Formatting Options, then click <Submit> to submit your request.
