Job Acronym Maintenance

This option allows you to set up a job acronym which links to specific client information when you begin to enter a new job. These acronyms are optional, but it is helpful to create them because they save you time and help to eliminate keying errors. When you begin the entry of a new job, you may type in the acronym for a client and the information you enter in this option will be filled into fields on the entry screen by the system. You may override this information on an entry screen.

Job acronyms may be made mandatory in the Central Data Base|Data Base Maintenance|Company Level FP Settings.
