Printing Estimates

This option allows estimates to be printed on preprinted standard forms which are designed so that the client name and address fit into a window envelope when the estimate is folded. These estimates differ from draft estimates in that the category, work function, and transaction codes are not printed. Comments display only if they are attached to the estimate. Estimated hours print on estimates if the Print Hours on Estimate field located on the Production Billing Constants Screen in the Client Profile is set to 1=Yes. The Client ID also displays on the Estimates if it was keyed when the job was opened.
