Content Depot Signon Setup

This option is used to setup a user ID and password that is necessary to log into the Content Depot System. Content Depot is our Digital Asset Management System designed for any business or organization that manages or utilizes digital assets. Digital assets include but are not limited to: Video, Audio, Graphics, and Documents. Make sure the IP address used in conjunction with Content Depot is setup. Refer to Installation Parameters.

1. Select Admin|Content Depot Signon Setup.

2. Key the identification code of the user who will be performing Content Depot functions then key a password for the user. You may use the same User ID as the one used to logon to the browser or server.

3. Click the Save icon . A Search Content Depot link will display where Content Depot is applicable in the system. When the user clicks this link, a Logon Window displays. The user will key this ID and Password to log into the Content Depot System.
