To modify the look of the report and/or print a logo on the report, see the instructions for the Report Setup and Logo Administration in the Central Data Base.
Comments entered in the Buy Module with a target of M display as Positioning comments beneath the buy line. Comments entered in Estimate Definition with a target of M display after the last insertion for that estimate.
To print the form:
Select Reports | Media Authorization Form.
Key the beginning and ending dates for the buys to be included on the form or leave the date range blank to use the estimate date range.
Use the drop down list to select the status of buys to be included on the report: Active (already approved), Proposed (not yet approved) or Both.
To show agency revenue on the report, click the Revenue check box to display a check.
Indicate how to show cost by selecting Gross or Net from the Cost drop down box.
Use the Save and Use Next Revision Number check boxes to indicate whether to save this version of the report and whether to increase the revision number since the last saved revision.
To print the form with the latest revision number without saving it or changing the revision number, leave both check boxes empty.
To save the form without increasing the revision number, overwriting the last saved revision, click the Save check box to display a check and leave the other check box empty.
To increment the revision number but not save the report, click the Use Next Revision Number check box to display a check and leave the Save check box empty.
To increment the revision number and save this revision with the new revision number, click both check boxes.
Click <PRINT Estimates> to display the Estimate Selection window. Select the estimate(s) to include on the report, then click <Submit>. To use the Quick Entry, key the client, product or product group, Y or blank (No) for the product group indicator, media and estimate.

To reprint a previously printed revision exactly as it printed before (except with the current date), click <PRINT Revision> to display the PRINT Revision Selection window. Select the revision to include on the report, then click <Submit>. To use the Quick Entry, key the revision number, client, product or product group, Y or blank (No) for the product group indicator, media and estimate. Note: This does not affect any saved revisions; all the settings on the request window are ignored.
Click the Next icon to generate
a PDF copy of the report and display it on the screen, or click the
Reset icon
to clear all fields.
Once the form displays, a View Cover Page window also pops up to display selections that you made for this report. Click the Printer icon to print this page, or click to close the window and just choose to print from the PDF.
You may e-mail this form by clicking the E-mail icon
to display the E-mail window. Key
the e-mail address in the box on the left and key a message (optional)
in the box on the right and then click <Send E-mail>.
