You may select multiple clients, products, media, and/or estimates on the Client Activity Report by keying a group code or checking the All check box for the code. When you do this, you have the option of combining the selected codes on the report by clicking the Combine check box to display a check.
Combine Unchecked. Prints each of the selected codes separately with a page break each time the code changes. For clients, a new banner page prints for each client code.
If you key a group or select All for any code except the Market code, the report is organized by the vendor, with a break for a new page beginning with each new code type (client, product, media, or estimate).
If you key a Product Group or select All Products and the client has different billing formulas at different profile levels, the report will print the billing formula at the client level only.
If you key an Estimate Group or select All Estimates, a separate detail report prints for estimate.
If you key a Market Group or select All Markets, the vendors are organized by market with a break for each new code type (client, product, media).
Combine checked. Prints all of the selected code type without page breaks per code change. A column prints for the selected code type listing each insertion for the specified vendor with that code. Within the column, the codes are in alphanumerical order.
If you select All Clients and select Combine for Product, Media, Estimate and Market, the report includes all possible products, media, estimates and markets that you requested, for each vendor, all combined.
If you select Combine Clients without changing the default Summary selections, an error displays noting that only a Vendor Summary and Media Summary can print since the client codes are combined. Click <Submit> again to submit the report request.
If you select Combine Media, Combine Product, Combine Market and Combine Estimate, the report combines all the results lists the activity in order by media code, and within media, by product code for each estimate.
If you select Combine Estimates, the printed report lists buys for each of estimates by insertion date.
