Estimate Definition Copy

To copy an existing estimate to a different product or media from within Estimate Definition:

  1. Key the client, product, media and estimate on the Estimate Definition prompt window and click the Copy To icon copyto.gif. The Copy Filter window displays a field for Product and a field for Media.

  1. Key either a product or a media to which you want to copy the estimate, then click the Next icon.

  1. If you keyed a product in the Product Filter field, the requested product displays paired with each media. If you keyed a media in the Media Filter field each of the client's products displays paired with the selected media.

  2. Click each combination that applies, or click Copy to All to select all combinations.

  3. Click the Save icon.

You may also use the Copy Estimate option to copy an estimate.
