G-CD Billable/Actual Billable/Held Items. Displays these three lines of information:
The amount billable at gross less cash discount. This amount can differ from gross ordered for various reasons. Two examples are: when there is a cash discount or when there is an adjustment to be billed for a previously billed item.
Billable amount after taking into account the bill formula. (Some clients may be billable at a varied commission rate.)
Displays the total amount of all activity which is being held from billing (Billing Hold setting of Y on the buy). This activity is not billable until the hold is released in the Buy Module and the activity is recollected for billing.
PBA Date. Displays the date on which the activity was collected for billing.
Current Bill Formula. Displays the bill formula from the applicable profile in Profiles Definition.
Use Current Formula. Defaults to checked. If this estimate/bill month was previously billed and the billing formula has changed (Prior Formula Exists is Yes), use this check box to indicate whether the prior formula or current formula should be used in billing this activity.
Checked. Use the current bill formula. Once bills are released with the current formula, the prior formula is no longer available. The Prior Columns field is not available.
Unchecked. Use the previous bill formula. The Prior Columns field may be used to specify the columns on the bill and their order. This setting is only in effect for this billing and only applies to items which were previously billed. If there are additional items included in the estimate/bill month, a separate bill prints for them using the current formula.
Prior Formula Exists. Displays Yes or No to indicate if the bill formula has changed since the last time this activity was billed. The bill formula fields print on the PBA if there was a change.
Prior Columns. If you opt to use the prior billing formula (Use Current Formula is unchecked), you may use this field to specify the columns and column order on the bill. See Prior Columns for more information.
