Detail Existing

When you access this version of the Quick Program Definition Detail Window, you'll see that you'll be able to edit some of the existing program details. You will not be able to edit the Program Code, Start Date, End Date, and possibly, Daypart fields. However, if you use either of the copy options on the toolbar to copy existing rows, you'll be able to edit all of the fields in the copied row. As you work, keep in mind that the Quick Program Definition Detail Window offers drag & drop functionality for certain types of data.

To enable the selected filters, click the refresh icon in the Filters heading.
To disable the selected filters, clear all fields and click the refresh icon.

The Program Code is display-only and shows the code that you have associated with the program.

The Program Name text box shows the name or description of the program. You can edit the name if you want and use up to 30 characters.

The Start Date and the End Date are display-only.

There can be between 1 and 3 dayparts in the table and you may edit each one if you wish.

In each daypart column, key or Lookup the daypart code that you want to specify.

There can be between 1 and 3 rotations in the table and you may edit each one if you wish.

In each Rotation # Days column, key or Lookup the rotation code that you want to specify. Then key in the Start Time and End Time using the following format to specify the time:

HHMM(AM/PM/M/N)

08:00AM = 8:00 a.m.

08:00PM = 8:00 p.m.

12:00M = 12:00 midnight

12:00N = 12:00 noon

There can be any one or all three of the Homes Statistics in the table and you may edit them if you wish.

In each of the text boxes, enter the appropriate statistic figure.

For each of the demo categories that you selected on the Demo Selection window, you'll see column headings in the table. For example, if you selected the Male, Female, and Total check boxes for 25-54, you'll see columns titled:

M2554
A2554

In each of the text boxes, enter the appropriate statistic figure.

The Stat column is display-only and shows a code that indicates the selected Demo Statistic:

I = Impression
R = Rating
V = VPVHs

The Estimated Data Stream shows the selected code; however, you can use the drop down to change the code:

The Filter column shows the filter code that you can later use to selectively retrieve programs assigned to a particular filter code. You can edit the name if you want and use up to 3 characters.

Select this check box if the program is designated as a special type of programming.

Key or Lookup a two character Program Type code.

Use the drop down to select from one of the available Status codes:

Active
Suspended
