Toolbar Options

The toolbar on the Quick Program Definition Detail window provides you with additional options for adding and editing programs.

1	Click the Prompt icon to go all the way back to the Quick Program Definition Prompt window.
2	Click the Back icon to go back to the Demo Selection window.
3	To add rows to the table, use the drop down to select the number of rows, in increments of 10, and then click the Add icon. The Add icon/drop down and the ability to add new rows is only available on the toolbar when you are creating new programs.
4	To delete a row, select a check box adjacent to the row you want to delete and then click the Remove icon.
5	To select all the check boxes/rows in the table, click the Select All icon.
6	To deselect all the selected check boxes/rows in the table, click the Unselect All icon.
7	To copy a row, select a check box adjacent to the row you want to copy and then click Copy Row button. The new row will appear at the bottom of the table and you can edit all of the fields.
8	To save your program definitions, click the Save icon.
9	To delete an entire profile, click the Delete Program Profile icon. The Delete Program Profile button and the ability to delete an entire profile is only available on the toolbar when you are viewing existing programs.
10	To copy several programs to a new set of dates, select the check boxes adjacent to the rows you want to copy and click the Copy to New Dates button.
11	If you think there is a chance that some of your new programs might overlap previous codes that are active during the same start/end dates, click the Validate button to investigate. If overlaps are discovered, you'll see an error message which identifies the error and the row number. You'll then need to fix the error before you can save your program definitions.
