Toolbar Options

The toolbar on the Quick Program Definition Detail window provides you with additional options for adding and editing programs.

Click the Prompt icon to go all the way back to the Quick Program Definition Prompt window.

Click the Back icon to go back to the Demo Selection window.

To add rows to the table, use the drop down to select the number of rows, in increments of 10, and then click the Add icon.

To delete a row, select a check box adjacent to the row you want to delete and then click the Remove icon.

To select all the check boxes/rows in the table, click the Select All icon.

To deselect all the selected check boxes/rows in the table, click the Unselect All icon.

To copy a row, select a check box adjacent to the row you want to copy and then click Copy Row button.

To save your program definitions, click the Save icon.

To delete an entire profile, click the Delete Program Profile icon.

To copy several programs to a new set of dates, select the check boxes adjacent to the rows you want to copy and click the Copy to New Dates button.

If you think there is a chance that some of your new programs might overlap previous codes that are active during the same start/end dates, click the Validate button to investigate.
