Detail Create

When you access this version of the Quick Program Definition Detail Window, you'll see that all of the fields are blank and you'll be able to enter program details. You may return to this window later to edit your entries. However, keep in mind that Program Code, Start Date, End Date, and possibly, Daypart may not be edited. As you work, keep in mind that the Quick Program Definition Detail Window offers drag & drop functionality for certain types of data.

Key or Lookup the Program Code associated with the program that you want to specify in the row.

Type the name or description of the program in the Program Name text box. You can use up to 30 characters.

The Start Date and the End Date may already be filled in with the dates that you entered on the Demo Selection window.

If you did not enter dates on the Demo Selection window, you can key or use the Broadcast Calendar Lookup to specify the Start and End Dates.

You can choose between 1 and 3 dayparts on the Demo selection window. If you choose 2 dayparts, for example, you'll see two daypart columns titled Daypart 1 and Daypart 2.

In each daypart column, key or Lookup the daypart code that you want to specify.

You can choose between 1 and 3 rotations on the Demo selection window. If you choose 2 rotations, for example, you'll see a set of columns for each rotation titled:

Rotation 1 Days, Start Time, End Time
Rotation 2 Days, Start Time, End Time

In each Rotation # Days column, key or Lookup the rotation code that you want to specify. Then key in the Start Time and End Time using the following format to specify the time:

HHMM(AM/PM/M/N)

08:00AM = 8:00 a.m.

08:00PM = 8:00 p.m.

12:00M = 12:00 midnight

12:00N = 12:00 noon

On the Demo selection window, you can choose any one of the three Homes Statistics or select All three:

Rating
Share

If you choose All, for example, you'll see columns for each statistic titled:

Homes Impression
Homes Rating
Homes Share

In each of the text boxes, enter the appropriate statistic figure.

For each of the demo categories that you selected on the Demo Selection window, you'll see column headings in the table. For example, if you selected the Male, Female, and Total check boxes for 25-54, you'll see columns titled:

W2554
M2554
A2554

In each of the text boxes, enter the appropriate statistic figure.

The Stat column is display-only and shows a code that indicates the selected Demo Statistic:

I = Impression
R = Rating
V = VPVHs

Use the drop down to select from one of the available Estimated Data Stream codes:

Key a code of up to three characters to assign a filter code that you can later use to selectively retrieve programs assigned to a particular filter code.

Select this check box if the program is designated as a special type of programming.

Key or Lookup a two character Program Type code.

Use the drop down to select from one of the available Status codes:

Active
Suspended
