Report Formatting Options

Each report on the Network menu includes Report Formatting Options that allow you to control how the report is output. All the settings for these reports, not just the formatting options, are retained until you log out of Network.

To submit the report request:

  1. Accept the default or key a different Output queue

  2. Select the Hold Reports check box to hold the report until you release it to print.

  3. Select the Save Reports check box to save the report in the output queue after it prints.

  4. Key comments in the Comment - Banner Page or Comment - Every Page.

  5. If available, accept or change the Number of Copies to print.

  6. If available, select and Output Priority level. The default is determined by the report type.

  7. If available, select the Compress Print check box to print the report using small type at 15 characters per inch. If left blank, the report prints using 10 characters per inch.

  8. If available, select Overnight Process check box if you do not want to print report now.

  9. If available, key the Form Type code, if you wish to change the default.

  10. Click <Submit>.

  11. A message containing your job number displays at the top of this window confirming that your request was submitted.

  12. Choose Work with Spooled Files or Work with Output Queue to view, print, output the report in a PDF (which you may then e-mail) or output as a CSV text file.

  13. To request the report again with different settings, change your selections and click <Submit> again.
