Buying Profile Definition

After you complete the Billing Profile for a Company/Office and Client, then you may use this option to create a Buying Profile Definition. This is required before you may create an Estimate.

Your sign-on Company/Office displays on the Prompt window.

Media, Company/Office Level Profile (required before other profiles)

  1. Key a Media code and then click the Next icon to display the Office Buying Profile window for this media type.

  2. Accept default settings or choose or key new settings for these fields: Ratings Service, Posting of Actuals,  Actuals = Estimates?, Ratings Decimal Positions, HUT Average Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly HUT HUT Calendar, Rotator HUT, Include Time Shifted?, Require Estimate Daypart?, Assigned Cost = Actual Cost?

Reporting Selections

Fill in or check selected fields at each level to define items that should be modified or included on reports.

Client Level Profile Settings

The Media/Company/Office settings default into the Client Level Profile. Review and change, if needed.

The additional fields relate to whether to include Estimated Bonus impressions or Ratings should be counted when reporting.  Review and complete the new fields.

 

Product Level Buying Profile

The Client Level settings default to the Product Level, primarily as display only.  Two additional fields, Product Type and Demographic, may be edited.
