Traffic Report

The Traffic Report option produces a week-by-week listing of stations purchased for an estimate. It includes the total number of stations on the schedule in any one week, and also lists the total stations available to traffic. You may limit the report to specific criteria, such as date ranges, markets, and affiliations.

To create this report, select Traffic | Traffic Report.

Traffic Report Window

1. Key a Media code.

2. Key a Client, Client Group, or select the All Clients check box.

3. Key a Product, Product Group, or select the All Products check box.

4. Key an Estimate, Estimate Group, or select the All Estimates check box.

5. Key a Market, Market Group or select the All Markets check box.

6. If either the market or market group are client specific, select the Client Specific check box.

7. Optionally, you can limit the report by typing in a valid Network and/or Affiliation code.

8. Optionally, you can limit the report by typing in a specific length in the Spot Length field.

9. If All Estimates is selected, key the Start and End Dates of the date range you want reported.

10. Optionally, you can add Traffic Comments to the report by selecting the Include Traffic Comments check box.

11. Complete the necessary fields in the Report Formatting Options section.

12. Click the <Submit> button.

13. Click the Reports icon in the MediaBank A|V toolbar to display the View Spool File window where you can access your report.
