Station Avails Quick Fill

The Station Avails Quick Fill feature allows you to quickly create avails for a daypart. The avail lines that are created may be modified.

To use this feature, click the Quick Fill button in the Station Avails Detail window.

Station Avails Quick Fill Window

1. Click the Add icon to add one or more rows.

2. Key a Daypart.

3. Key the Days of the week for which you are defining avails for the selected daypart.

4. Key Start Time and End Time within which you want to create avails for the selected daypart.

5. Use the BA drop down to select a Break Average code.

6. Use the Break By drop down list, indicate how avails rows should be created. Refer to Break By Options for more information.

7. If you did not specify a station on the Prompt window, click the Select Stations button and select the stations for which the avails are to be created. Refer to Select Stations for more information.

8. Click the Create Avails button to create the avails and return to the detail window where you may edit and save them.

Warning: These avails are not saved until you click the Save icon on the detail window.
