To display the market composition, select Planning & Buying | Radio Market Composition.
Radio Market Composition Window
Key the radio Media code and Rating Service.
Select the Demo to display:
Select the check box(es) for Men and/or Women and/or Persons. You must select at least one.
In the Ages text box, key only the ages.
Select the type of information to display for the demo from the drop down list (Composition %, Impression, Rating, Share, Cume Composition %, Cume Impression, or Cume Rating).
Key the Market for the request.
The market defaults to the Metro Survey Area (MSA). To view rankings for the Total Survey Area, select the TSA radio button. (TSAs are only surveyed in Spring and Fall.)
Select up to four Books.
To show an average of all books, select the Average? check box.
To limit the display to a set number of the top performers, key a number in the Select Top field.
If the By Daypart format is selected, the Select Top option will configure the display to show the top stations for each daypart
If the By Station format is selected, the Select Top option will configure the display to show the top dayparts for each station.
If the Station by Hour format is selected, the Select Top option will configure the display to show the top hours for each station.
If the Daypart by Hour format is selected, the Select Top option will configure the display to show the top stations for each hour.
Select an item from the Display Format drop down list:
Select By Station to group the display by station within each demo/book combination.
Select By Daypart to group the display by day/time combination within each demo/book combination.
Select Station by Hour to group the display by station and hour within each demo/book combination.
Select Daypart by Hour to group the display by daypart and hour within each demo/book combination.
The default is to rank stations separately even if they air the same broadcast. To display and rank by the combined ratings for stations airing the same broadcast, select the Combine Satellite? check box. An asterisk (*) will display in place of the band code for the combined satellite stations.
Select the dayparts using one of the following methods:
Use the drop down list in the Standard Dayparts column to select one of the available pre-configured daypart specifications.
Use the check boxes to select the appropriate day of the week combinations and then type the start and end times in the Custom Dayparts fields.
Click the Next icon to display the Radio Market Composition Detail window for the requested format.
