These rules apply to importing goals from a spreadsheet using Import Goals.
The data must be in spreadsheet or delimited file format (i.e. Excel documents should remain as .xls when saved)
Columns must be in the order shown in Import Goals Spreadsheet Format.
Each column of the spreadsheet (rows A through BL) must be in text format.
Each column of the spreadsheet (rows A through BL) must be left justified.
Each row contains a unique combination of client/product/estimate/market/daypart/spot length for the goal weeks indicated. For each different cost, cpp, or grps, a new row must be added.
No extra blank characters are allowed in a field (padding the field with extra spaces is not required). Example: If a field allows 2 characters and only 1 character is used, do not fill the second character with a blank.
The weeks records, rows L - BL, represent all possible weeks in an estimate.
If the field is not required, it is not necessary to place a value in the field.
Week 1 should represent the first week of the estimate, week 2 represents week 2 of the estimate, etc.
For each row, a value must be entered into at least two of the following three columns: Column I (Weekly GRPs), J (Weekly CPP), or K (Weekly Dollars).
At least one of the 52 weeks represented in columns L thru BL must contain an X.
