You may delete both active and proposed buys before the schedule due date as long as there is no related billing, matching, or paying activity. You may not delete a pool buy if spots have been allocated to other buys. While you may delete a buy which includes spots allocated from a pool buy, it is better to unallocate the spots before deleting the buy. Refer to Pool Buying. There are two ways to delete buys.
To delete buy lines but still allow them to show on reports as deleted, open the worksheet and use the Delete function to delete the specific buy line(s).

To delete buys for a market or station completely from the Broadcast system, follow these steps:
Select the worksheet(s) to be deleted.
To only delete buys for specific stations on a selected worksheet, click the cell in the Market column on that row to display Station Selection dialog box that contains a list of stations. Select the station(s) from the list that displays, then click <OK>.
Click <Delete> to delete the selected worksheets.
A Warning dialog box appears. Click Yes to continue with the delete operation or click No to cancel it.
