Email Options Section of Buy Detail Report
Select the Send the Report via E-mail check box to e-mail the report to the schedule rep. (Refer to Defining E-mail Address/FAX number or eBiz Contacts to see where the e-mail address is retrieved for sending the report.)
Select the Print a Copy check box to print a copy of the report.
Select the Preview Report check box to display the report on your screen before it is sent.
In the Hours to Respond fields, key the number of hours and minutes to wait for the station to review their order. If the station has not reviewed the order within this period of time, an e-mail notice will be sent to the user(s) responsible for that station.
In the Days to Expiration field, key the number of days after which the order should expire. An expired order cannot be accepted or rejected by the station/rep.
Select the If order cannot be E-mailed, release the Fax immediately? check box if you are set up for faxing and want to configure the fax to be released automatically if the order cannot be e-mailed. This allows it to be faxed without anyone having to use the Fax Handler. (Refer to Defining E-mail Address/FAX number to see where the FAX number is retrieved for sending the report.)
For stations that do not subscribe to a rating service, the “Exclude GRPs/Imps for Non-Rating Subscribing Stations” checkbox allows you to exclude ratings from the Buy Detail Report in order to remain in compliance with the Nielsen/Nielsen Audio contractual agreements. Click in the “Exclude GRPs/Imps for Non-Rating Subscribing Stations” checkbox to exclude rating services from appearing on the faxed/emailed version of the report for stations that do not subscribe. NOTE: Stations that do not subscribe must be set up in the Station Definition option; otherwise, ratings will continue to show even if you click the “Exclude GRPs/Imps for Non-Rating Subscribing Stations” checkbox. GRPs will continue to print for stations that subscribe to rating services.
