Product Group List

The Product Group List option enables you to print a listing of product group schemes defined for a client in Product Group Definition. Products assigned to each group and their codes are also listed. Each scheme can have up to five hierarchial levels, enabling you to request reports with subtotaling and totaling by product.

The column headings on the Product Group List are determined by the product group scheme (or structure) you set up for each group in the Product Group Definition option. There is a page break for each separate product group

To create an market group list, select Lists | Product Group List.

Product Group Listing Window

1. Key in a Media.

2. Key in a Client, a Client Group, or select the All Clients check box.

3. Key in a Product Group or select the All Product Groups check box.

4. Accept or change the Report Formatting Options.

5. Click the Submit button to submit your request.

6. Click the Reports icon in the Broadcast toolbar to view the report.
