The Media and Market fields on the prompt window are not used to set up associations. Use them to view the associations for a media/market once they are defined.
To associate a user with media/market/clients:
Select Database|User/Market/Client Distribution Definition.
Key the user's User ID and click the Next icon .
The user name displays from the Employee Profile in PRODUCTION, if available. Accept the name or key the user's name as it should display on correspondence.
Key the user's e-mail address.
Key the BROADCAST outqueue.
Use the remaining fields to identify the media/market/client combinations with which this user should be associated.
Click the Media, Market, or Client column heading to sort information. A triangle displays in the column heading to indicate the direction of the sort. Click the column heading again to reverse the sort. A third click removes the sort by that column and the triangle disappears.
Use the Add icon
to add rows, then key each specific media/market/client combination
to be associated with the user on a separate row.
To associate the user with all clients in a market, except any which have been excluded from ALL, key the media and market, then click the All Clients check box.
To associate the user with a specific client, key the media/market and client.
To exclude a client from being included with all clients for the specified media/market, click the Exclude from All check box.
Click the Save icon to save
the user media/market/client assignments.
To view assignments for a media/market, key the Media and Market and click the Next icon.
