Product Level Buying Profile Window

1. If you want, you can use the ISCI Required drop down to specify how ISCI codes are to be used in affidavit entry for this product.

   The value that appears for this particular product comes down from the value set at the Client Level, but you can change it for this product.

   Yes - An ISCI code is required for affidavit entry and matching. Release and recall dates are compared to those keyed during affidavit entry. ISCIs airing outside of the defined date range are flagged as unsuccessful on the Affidavit Entry Screen and the Affidavit Matching Report.

   No - ISCI codes are not used in affidavit entry.

   Optional - The ISCI fields display in Affidavit entry but are not required or validated for matching.

2. If you want, you can key or Lookup a Daypart Group code.

   The value that appears comes down from the value set at the Client Level, but you can change it for this product.

3. Key at least one Demo.

   The demo that you key in the first Demo field will become the product's primary demo. As you enter demos, keep in mind that:

   • The primary demo may be either a rating or impression.

   • You may only use demos approved in the Buying Unit Profile.

   If you want, you can identify up to nine other approved demos for the product.

   When entering your demos, be sure to identify each demo by preceding it with the correct code letter:

   R - rating
   I - impression
   S -share
   P - PVT

   For example RM1834.  

   Remember that these demos will default to the estimate level but you may change them there.

4. If you want to configure various buying guideline rules and have them automatically set up on the Filters tab in the Buy Module, you can use the Conditional Formatting section to do so.

5. Click the Save icon to save the settings.
