Buy Detail Legal Verbiage

Use the Buy Detail Legal Verbiage Definition option to compose the legal language that you want to have appear at the bottom of every page of the Buy Detail Report whenever it is requested by anyone in the specified company/office.

To define the verbiage, select Database | Buy Detail Legal Verbiage.

  1. The Company and Office fields are automatically filled in based on the codes you entered when you logged in to MediaBank A|V. However, you can key or Lookup other Company and Office codes if you have authority to do so.

  2. Click the Next icon to display the text entry window

  1. Type the legal language you want to use in the text boxes. The text may be up to 4 lines of 145 characters per line.

  2. Click the Save icon.
