Band Code Office Overrides

When you click the Office Overrides button on the Band Code Definition window, you have the ability to define different network code settings for one or more buying company/offices.

1. Key or Lookup the Buying Company and Buying Office which will have different settings from the main band code settings

2. Select an option from the Require Network Code drop down to indicate how network codes are to be used for stations assigned to this band code.

   • Yes: Network codes are required for entering buys and affidavit detail.

   • No: Network codes are not allowed for entering buys and affidavit detail.

   • Optional: Network codes may be entered when entering buys and affidavit detail.

3. If you select Yes or Optional from the Require Network Code drop down and you want to match spots for stations defined with this band code, then you can select the Match on Network Code check box.  

4. Click the Add icon to if you want add another row.

5. Click the Save icon to save the definition.
